CORONA’S CABARET: An Act of Destruction

Musical Theatre

A virus known as Corona debuts her nightclub act, introducing herself to the world through the universal language of music. An autobiographical romp, this bad girl beguiles the audience into joining her for the “party of a lifetime,” captivating them with her wit and charm before revealing the truly dark side of her nature.

I wrote the book, music and lyrics to “CORONA’S CABARET: An Act of Destruction,” during California’s shelter-in-place orders while I was desperately missing live theatre and looking for ways to entertain my family and friends.

The musical went on to win the Audience Choice Award in PLAYBILL’s Virtual Theatre Festival Live, as well as the Foundation for New American Musicals’ ShowSearch competition.
