As a media composer, I have collaborated with directors from the Los Angeles Film School, the American Film Institute, Concordia University and the University of Southern California to create the scores for dozens of films. My score for the animated-short Rose, directed by Joe Jacobs, has garnered over 100k views on YouTube. I’ve scored several podcasts for Trojan Vision, I was a winner of the Academy of Scoring Arts Holiday Orchestration Challenge,
and my original movie musical “CORONA’S CABARET: An Act of Destruction” was a Best Picture Nominee in the 2024 USC Feminist Media Festival. I was selected to participate in the Los Angeles Film Conducting Intensive (LAFCI) at Warner Brothers Studios, mentored by Angel Velez, Conrad Pope, Emilie Bernstein,William Ross, and Jorge Mester, where we conducted famous film cues, as well as our own original film music with the renowned Hollywood Studio Symphony at the Clint Eastwood Scoring Stage. In June of 2024, I participated in the LAFCI summer session, and premiered my composition, “Memento Mori” with the National Symphony Orchestra of Costa Rica at the Teatro Popular Melico Salazar in San José, Costa Rica, which went on to win the Couperin International Music Competition Gold Prize.
